Some of our clients

Emerald Works

I have collaborated with Emerald Works on various projects for global organisations such as Google and Facebook to optimise their elearning courses.

I helped to create a coherent learning experience and made sure that information flew smoothly by minimising cognitive load.

INTO University Partnerships

INTO University Partnerships is an independent organisation focused on expanding higher education opportunities for students worldwide.

I worked with INTO to convert face to face Academic English Pre-sessional courses to virtual learning. I helped with the development of over 250 activities in Evolve. These enabled international students from around the world to continue to prepare for their academic studies despite the unprecedented global challenges posed by the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic.

Unimenta

Unimenta is a consulting company that design tailored soft skills and employability training, personalised support and personal development resources. Unimenta is a subscription based service that has over 400 member professionals who want to invest in their personal development. Members receive 7 free microlearning courses on 7 essential skills, certificated online modules that dig deeper into the 7 skills, masterclasses for individuals and organisations and one to one coaching.

Project objectives:

  • To ensure that Unimenta differentiates itself from lots of different subscriptions on the internet by providing imaginative, creative and practical solutions that members can use immediately
  • To deliver experiential learning designed to create change and progression

Challenge

Unimenta had to substantially reform their business at speed due to the pandemic and needed to roll out online learning fast. They had a new WordPress website and wanted a solution that could be smoothly integrated into the new website. They needed to be able to replicate the online courses moving forward without the need for specialist software training. It was the first time that Unimenta had implemented a WordPress LMS plugin.

How we helped

I supported Unimenta to create mini self-access online learning for 7 skills that members could complete at their own pace. These microlearning courses were served as tasters to encourage members to register for the certificated modules. I leveraged Learn Dash features and collaborated with the web providers to create a smooth learning experience integrated into their new WordPress website.
