Houra's story
I’m an independent learning and development person with a background in education for over 20 years. Following a MSc in Instructional design and learning technologies, I founded Blue Jay Learning consultancy and have been applying my academic and industry experience to advise organisations on how to best support the learning and development of their people.
I look at everything from learning and development processes and strategies from the organisation side to designing and developing courses and resources mainly in digital space to enable people to develop their skills.
My approach to consultancy is through design thinking – having people and their needs at the centre to guide solutions and decisions.
I’m also a mentor at eLearning Network and a judge for the Learning Technologies Awards.
